We're here to help!

ҹèÊÓÆµ's Technology Help Desk provides first-tier technical support and connection to second-tier technical support for ҹèÊÓÆµ faculty, staff, and students in assisting with their computer and telecommunications needs.

We gladly support the following ҹèÊÓÆµ hardware and software applications: Google Email and apps, Self-Service, Banner, computer hardware/software, printing, audio/visual classroom projection, bandwidth, eLearning (Moodle, Ensemble), lecture capture, password/login issues, voice technology, web, and academic applications.

Note: ҹèÊÓÆµ works with Black Belt Help (BBH) to cover Help Desk support intermittently during the week and weekend. The Technology Help Desk offers 24/7 coverage with the support of BBH, who will answer calls when Technology Help Desk Support is not available on weekday evenings, weekends, or Holidays.

  • In-person assistance is available in the Technology Help Desk office on the first floor of the Timothy J. Nelson Innovation Center.
  • For non-technical issues, please call our switchboard at (231) 995-1000 or toll free at (800) 748-0566 to direct your call to the appropriate department.

Technology Help Desk Hours - Spring Hours - Starting 1/12

  • Sunday:  3 p.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Monday - Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Thursday/Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Closed: Easter Sunday April 20th.
  • After-hours support during the semester provided 24/7 by Black Belt Help.  

After Hours MFA Issues:

  • Requests for MFA Assistance and Phone Number Updates will be responded to within 24 hours.
  • Contact the after-hours service or enter a Help Desk ticket to receive a response.
