Advanced Scientific Research Program

ҹèÊÓƵ’s Advanced Scientific Research Program (ASRP) offers high school students a unique opportunity to conduct long-term, independent research at their own schools under the guidance of their teachers. Through this program, students can earn college credit for their research efforts while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

ASRP participants will have access to mentorship from researchers at colleges and universities across the United States. This program encourages students to explore potentially groundbreaking scientific questions and provides opportunities to showcase their work at prestigious competitions, such as the Flint Regional Science & Engineering Fair and the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). Additionally, students can present their findings at academic conferences and even pursue publication.

At the core of the ASRP are , which equip students with the skills needed to conduct high-level research. These courses support students in their independent projects and create pathways for continued research at ҹèÊÓƵ — whether they’re transitioning from high school or starting their research journey in college.
